UAE: AARK Secures $1.1 Billion Contract for RAK Beachfront Development

Atlas Foundations has been named the enabling contractor for the UAE-based AARK Developers’ flagship project, Sora Beach Residences, a luxurious beachfront development on Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah valued at AED4 billion ($1.1 billion).

Leading UAE-based contractor Atlas Foundations specializes in cutting-edge piling and foundation solutions and has a track record of providing outstanding groundwork for famous developments, such as projects in Dubai Marina and several sizable industrial complexes around the United Arab Emirates.

According to a statement by AARK Developers, it is well known for its proficiency in sustainable construction techniques, ground improvement, and deep foundation engineering.
