Al Warsan (also known as Al Warisan) is indeed a mixed-use area located adjacent to the residential neighborhood of International City in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. It is situated in the vicinity of Al Warqaa and Nad Al Sheba. At that time, it was still undergoing construction and development.

Al Warsan is divided into four sub-districts, numbered 1 to 4. While the area has predominantly been industrial in nature, it has been gradually evolving and witnessing the growth of residential developments. One of the key landmarks in the locality is the Dubai Sewage and Treatment Plant.

Due to its proximity to International City and the ongoing development in Al Warsan, it was anticipated that the neighboring International City might expand and occupy a significant portion of Al Warsan.
