DAMAC Hills 2 (formerly known as AKOYA) was a master community project by DAMAC Properties located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. It was designed to offer a unique living experience centered around water, sports, and family-oriented fun.

The community was planned to consist of clusters of thoughtfully-designed apartments, townhouses, and villas, catering to a diverse range of residents. The surroundings were intended to be filled with various attractions and conveniences to enhance the overall lifestyle of its residents.

One of the notable features of DAMAC Hills 2 was the presence of DAMAC lagoons, which were family-friendly recreational areas with water-based attractions for children, such as slides, pirate ships, and trampolines.
