Discovery Gardens is a residential area situated within the district of Jebel Ali between Sheikh Zayed Road and Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road. It is a particular choice among expatriate families who commute regularly to the neighboring commercial zones.

Comprising of 27 million sq. ft., the project by Nakheel developers was built in 2008. Discovery Gardens consist of spacious multi-sized apartment towers encompassed by luxuriant foliage and manicured lawns. Most crucially, it is one of the areas to rent studios in Dubai at market-driven prices.
