Dubai South is a major master-planned development owned by the Dubai Government. The first two residential communities within Dubai South are The Pulse and The Village, with a combined worth of AED 25 billion. These communities offer a wide range of amenities and features for stylish and comfortable living.

Dubai South is considered one of Dubai's flagship urban projects, and its development aligns with the broader vision of making Dubai a global economic and cultural hub, attracting investment, businesses, and a diverse population.
