ABOUT DUBAI WATER CANAL

The Dubai Water Canal is a 3.2 km long waterway that connects the Creek in Old Dubai to the Arabian Gulf. It serves as a waterfront development and is located near prominent establishments such as St. Regis, W Hotel, and various new lifestyle precincts.

This project was highly anticipated and involved a substantial investment of AED 2.7 billion. It aimed to transform one of the busiest areas in Dubai by overhauling its infrastructure.

The location of the Dubai Water Canal is advantageous as it is close to Downtown Dubai, providing spectacular views of the city's skyline. As a result, it has become a popular tourist attraction. Besides serving as a visually appealing destination, the canal also functions as a means of transportation.

One of the key aspects that makes this development noteworthy is its commitment to environmental friendliness. Presumably, measures were taken to ensure that the project was carried out with minimal impact on the surrounding ecosystem.

Overall, the Dubai Water Canal has significantly contributed to the city's urban development, tourism industry, and transportation network, while also taking environmental concerns into account.
