99% of the residences in Azizi's Dubai Studio City have been purchased.

Azizi Developments, a UAE-based company, has revealed that 99% of the units within Beach Oasis, a vibrant mixed-use community situated in Dubai Studio City, have been successfully sold. This residential complex comprises 762 apartments, featuring a diverse blend of studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom units.

Beach Oasis presents a contemporary living experience with its low-rise design, offering an array of essential amenities. The development's central courtyard is adorned with a spacious beach-like swimming pool, serving as its focal point.
