A townhouse project is being launched at Expo City with lush greenery and urban farming.
Presenting its newest residential venture, Expo City Dubai introduces Shamsa Townhouses, a compilation of townhouses harmoniously set amid abundant green landscapes and urban farming. This development aligns with the eco-conscious and sustainable living objectives of Expo 2020 Dubai. Situated within Expo Valley, a suburban enclave of Expo City, the project marks a commitment to environmental preservation.
The Shamsa townhouses offer two variations: a three-bedroom and a four-bedroom model. Each townhouse boasts an open kitchen with a prominent island, a master bathroom, a powder room, a maid’s room, and two basement parking spaces with direct villa access. The starting price for these townhouses is Dh3.4 million.
Designed as a harmonious blend of villas and townhouses within a verdant oasis, the Shamsa townhouses prioritize the well-being and happiness of their occupants. This equitable and sustainable development is one of many such projects envisioned within Expo City.
Within the gated Expo Valley neighborhood, nature flourishes alongside city conveniences, featuring lush vegetation, a serene lake, and a wadi. Residents can indulge in a tranquil lifestyle that seamlessly integrates nature, space, and urban comfort.
A central feature of the neighborhood is the one-kilometer-long wadi, adorned with diverse landscapes including water bodies and rocky terrains, providing an inviting setting for hiking. This wadi also creates a microclimate that moderates temperatures and functions as a natural buffer against noise and dust.
The project's initial phase is already in progress, with a targeted completion date of January 2026. Gazelles roaming nearby and glimpses of local wildlife will further enhance the community's connection with nature.
Expo Valley will feature designated lanes for bicycles and e-scooters, in addition to car-free underground roads. Residents will enjoy easy access to Expo City's primary attractions through pedestrian, bicycle, and autonomous vehicle pathways.
The unique topography of the valley, resembling folded earth, has been intricately integrated into the development and design. The terraces offer unobstructed views stretching into the distance. This distinctive geography contributes to the creation of a microclimate that mitigates temperatures and acts as a natural barrier against noise and dust.
