ACUBE Real Estate Development makes a grand entrance into Dubai's thriving real estate sector, commencing with the groundbreaking ceremony for its inaugural luxury residential project, Adhara Star. This 17-storey luxury residential tower in Arjan marks the first of several planned developments within the next three years. Anticipated for handover by Q1 2025, Adhara Star will boast 113 fully furnished luxury units, ranging from 1 to 3 bedrooms, alongside retail spaces.
