Acube's Lavish Dubai Property Project Boasts Over 50 Amenities

Acube Developments has launched its second property project, Electra, a 38-story residential tower in Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC), Dubai, with over 50 amenities. Construction will begin in the second quarter of 2024, with a three-year completion timeframe.

Inspired by the blue-white star in the constellation of Taurus, Electra will offer 278 luxurious apartments including studio, 1-, 2-, and 3- bedroom units, all equipped with Bosch appliances and Roca sanitary. All units are outfitted with the most recent smart home solutions and come fully furnished, with three furniture design options to choose from. Two-bedroom apartments will have large terrace pools measuring 4.6 metres by 1.8 metres in size.

Studio apartment prices begin at Dh750,644 per unit.

Electra residents will have access to a beach-themed pool, private pools, a mini-water park with slides, a mini-golf course, a bowling alley, an indoor and outdoor play area, an indoor and outdoor Jacuzzi, an indoor children’s cinema, and picnic areas thanks to our collaboration with Sanderson Global consultancy to create over 50 unique resident-only amenities.

Adults can use the gym, yoga, and aerobics rooms, cinema, sauna, and steam rooms on floors 37 and 38, respectively, while the 38th floor has a large, 18-meter-long sky pool. Residents can also use the picnic, barbecue, and pizza areas to entertain family and guests. It will include commercial spaces for shops and other services, ensuring an unparalleled living experience.
