Aldar Properties officially announces its inaugural residential venture in collaboration with Nikki Beach.

Aldar Properties from Abu Dhabi continues its substantial investments in Ras Al Khaimah, this time partnering with Nikki Beach Global to construct three exclusive branded residential complexes on Al Marjan Island.

Located between the upscale Rixos Bab Al Bahr and DoubleTree by Hilton Resort & Spa Marjan Island, both of which Aldar acquired in 2022, these residences will be named "Nikki Beach Residences."

This development represents Aldar's first residential project in Ras Al Khaimah, underlining their commitment to the region. Aldar has been actively acquiring land and investing in completed developments in Ras Al Khaimah as part of their expansion strategy.
