Amwaj Unveils Its Second Residential Project in Dubai

The Cube Residences, the newest project in Dubai by UAE-based Amwaj Development, is situated in Mohammed bin Rashid City’s District 11. Following Starlight Park’s successful debut, this is its second project.

The project offers 54 distinctively designed apartments, a mix of one- and two-bedroom apartments ranging in size from 708 square feet to 1,695 square feet, offering roomy living areas suited to the various needs of the Dubai market.

It has a creatively designed structure that includes a basement, ground floor, five residential floors, and a rooftop area with a pool. Its total land area is 15,070 square feet. It is anticipated that the project will be finished in Q4 2026.

Modern living is made possible by the new development’s prime location, which is only 15 minutes from Downtown Dubai and Dubai Mall and 20 minutes from Dubai International Airport.

According to him, the rooftop features include a gaming room with billiard tables and arcade games, a fitness center, saunas and showers, and a rooftop pool.

According to COO Aida El Shahabi, the new project’s core features are cutting-edge technology and creative design, with the addition of smart home systems that improve living conditions and provide seamless connectivity.
