The UAE-based Azizi Developments has reported that Pearl, a project it just started in Al Furjan, a growth corridor in Dubai, is 80% finished and should be finished by the end of Q1 2024.
Giving a project update, Azizi stated that while the MEP and tiling work was only 75% finished, Pearl’s structure, blockwork, and internal plaster were now finished.
The elevator and façade installations jobs had reached 83% and 94%, respectively, while the HVAC project was progressing steadily at a pace of 85% completion. It said that 74% of the final finishes were achieved.
On the ongoing project, CEO Farhad Azizi said: “The outstandingly swift progress we’re making at Pearl excites us all at Azizi Developments, with us being well positioned for its scheduled completion by the end of Q1 2024.”
One of the most sought-after, accessible, and well-located neighborhoods in the emirate is Pearl, which is tucked away in a bustling community surrounded by lush greenery and massive retail establishments. It is also only a minute’s drive from Mohammed bin Zayed Road and the Al Furjan metro station.
“Pearl’s strategic location, impeccable architectural design, flawless construction, and extensive array of premium amenities within and surrounding the building will all significantly elevate the living experiences of those who will make these stunning residences their new home,” he added.
