Binghatti and Mercedes-Benz Collaborate to Launch Exclusive Luxury Branded Residence in Dubai
Mercedes-Benz and Binghatti Properties have announced the launch of a new luxury branded residence project at the Meydan Hotel in Dubai.
The Mercedes-Benz Places | Binghatti project will see the construction of a 65-story residential skyscraper in Dubai, with work scheduled to begin later this year.
Rising to a height of 341 meters, this iconic tower will provide residents with a holistic, connected, and appealing luxury living experience by fusing the emotion, intelligence, and design DNA that is typical of the Mercedes-Benz brand.

In addition to restaurants, lounges, sports and wellness areas, non-automotive retail, exhibition spaces, and parking, the residences will have mixed-use amenities.
Mercedes-Benz Places will also provide cutting-edge mobility options like ride-hailing, bike and scooter sharing, smart mobility apps, automated valet parking, and chauffeur services.
“Our aim is to create an unmatched experience of living for residents and guests from all over the world. Mercedes-Benz Places will capture the spirit of elevated living that is inherent within the Binghatti brand identity,” Muhammad BinGhatti, CEO of Binghatti Properties said.
Strong architectural impact will be produced by the tower’s unusual elliptical exterior, which was inspired by the sweeping lines of contemporary Mercedes-Benz vehicles.
“We have taken our unique design philosophy of Sensual Purity beyond automotive and shaped an iconic landmark. It looks very different, unique, and futuristic and it will be associated with the design, technology, and luxury appeal that are trademarks of every Mercedes-Benz,” Gorden Wagener, Chief Design Officer of Mercedes-Benz Group AG said.
The 150 residences that makeup Mercedes-Benz Places | Binghatti have been thoughtfully designed to enhance the brand experience.
The three primary components of the tower’s design are the closed southern façade with visually arresting cladding for energy efficiency and shading, the lamella structure with dynamic lines, and the core with horizontal balcony structuring.
