Bulgari Lighthouse by Meraas: Dubai's Epitome of Luxury Unveils Exclusive Penthouse Living

Significant developer Meraas declared that work on the Bulgari Lighthouse, a residential building on Jumeira Bay Island, had started.

When the 27-storey structure will be completed, it will have penthouses with four or five bedrooms. Bulgari and Meraas have collaborated on three projects together so far. Additional features such as air-conditioned garages, sweeping terraces, private pools, and private elevator access will be added as penthouses grow in size and scale.

According to a press release from Meraas, the Sky Villa Penthouse will be the property’s crown jewel. The penthouse, which occupies three floors of the Bulgari Lighthouse and has seven bedrooms, will have two private pools, an outdoor living area, and a roof garden, among other amenities.

The developer further stated that the six million square foot beachfront property on Jumeira Bay Island will be the “epitome of luxury beachfront living.” By 2027, the opulent project is expected to be finished.
