Construction commences in the South Bay as a fresh phase takes flight.

According to Dubai South Properties, the commencement of the first two phases of the South Bay project's construction is now official. Earlier this year, the company enlisted Ginco General Contracting to undertake the prestigious South Bay Project.

In response to high customer demand, the firm has recently unveiled the launch of the third phase, scheduled for completion in Q3 2026. The company also expressed its commitment to expediting the subsequent phase launches.

The third phase encompasses 213 residences, consisting of 54 five-bedroom homes, 31 five to seven-bedroom mansions, 88 four-bedroom houses, and 40 three-bedroom villas.

South Bay is set to offer an extensive array of amenities, including more than 800 spacious villas and townhouses, over 200 luxurious waterfront mansions, a waterfront promenade spanning over 3 kilometers, complete with cafes, multiple beaches, a clubhouse, state-of-the-art fitness centers, lush parks, a shopping mall, a renowned spa, kids' clubs, water parks, swimming pools, a lake park, and private beaches, among others. Located in the heart of Dubai South's Residential District alongside Expo Road, South Bay promises a vibrant and fulfilling lifestyle for its residents.

Nabil Al Kindi, CEO of Dubai South Properties, expressed his enthusiasm for the project's construction commencement, noting the surging interest from buyers that led to the complete sell-out of the initial three phases. This demand has inspired the company to launch additional phases to cater to the growing demand for modern, amenity-equipped properties that promise an enriched lifestyle for tenants.

Dubai South has further enriched the Residential District with amenities for residents' comfort and convenience, including public parks, sports facilities, retail outlets, a 50,000-square-foot hypermarket slated to open in March 2023, a mosque, a gas station, and a public bus line connecting the neighborhood to the Expo Metro station. Construction has already begun on a British-curriculum school and other facilities. The Residential District currently hosts over 25,000 residents, offering a unique lifestyle, a variety of activities, and a multitude of gated residential neighborhoods featuring apartments and townhouses.
