Dubai's Palma Tower Achieves Topping Out Milestone in $817 Million Development
With the topping out of Serenia Living, an AED3 billion ($817 million) beachside project situated on the crescent of Palm Jumeirah, Palma Development, a prominent real estate developer in the United Arab Emirates, has announced that it has reached a significant construction milestone.
One of Dubai’s most prestigious Sky Mansions, presidential and half-floor penthouses, and 226 luxurious two-, three-, and four-bedroom apartments are all part of Serenia Living’s four towers.
Palma claims that among other outstanding features, the project’s ultra-premium amenities include one of Dubai’s biggest residential swimming pools, a cutting-edge gym with a special room for personal training, several indoor and outdoor kid-friendly play areas, and direct beach access.
On the key milestone, Omar Derbas, the Executive Director (Development and Engineering) at Palma Development, said: “We are pleased to reach this construction milestone which underscores our commitment to delivering Serenia Living not only within the set timelines but potentially ahead of schedule.”
“With Khansaheb, the project’s main contractor which brings a wealth of expertise in delivering premium developments, we are confident that every construction phase will further enhance the project’s ultra-premium standards and fulfill our residents’ expectations,” he noted.
According to Derbas, Palma Development is well known for producing iconic projects that represent upscale living, fine finishes, and improved lifestyles for their occupants.
“Serenia Living’s architecture and interiors have been led by Palma’s expert team, with GAJ (Godwin Austen Johnson) serving as the lead consultant to ensure the highest design and construction standards to cater to a discerning clientele,” he stated.
According to him, Serenia Living is set to become one of Dubai’s most sought-after locations because of its premium, European-branded appliances, prime location, top-notch amenities, and distinctive design.
