Damac Reveals Lagoons' Aquatic Paradise: Stunning Aqua-Themed Apartment Complex
Damac Properties, a luxury project developer in the United Arab Emirates, has announced the opening of its first apartment building within Damac Lagoons, a planned master community in Dubai.
The Damac Lagoon Views will have one- and two-bedroom apartments spread over six stories, along with a variety of amenities that will go well with the Mediterranean-themed community.
Locals will be able to enjoy a variety of leisure and entertainment activities. There will be a honey bar that sells wellness products and beauty hills where people can relax in the sun on miniature versions of green spaces. An outdoor spa, an aqua boho lounge, and cozy hammocks positioned over the lagoons enhance this offering.
A Flamenco Gardens concert stage will be located in the middle of the community, and an olive tree garden will make for a perfect wedding venue, all against the backdrop of a cozy event space. The project will feature two unique features: a volcanic stone park and an aqua opera school pavilion. The beach club and glow lounge at Lagoon Views are complemented by a board games pavilion and a kids’ section for entertainment.
A variety of F&B experiences, such as a tapas lounge, a pool bar, and a beach bar with sunset views, will be available at the gastronomy hub. In keeping with Damac Lagoons’ aquatic motif, the new project also promises to wow with its Lagoon Rain Party Zone and an exclusive aquatic party location. Lagoon Views will also have an aquatic gym with a running track for those who enjoy working out.
“What truly sets Damac Lagoon Views apart is its commitment to offering unparalleled experiences. This is not just a residence; it’s a lifestyle, a promise of unforgettable memories, and a testament to our commitment to creating exceptional communities that redefine modern living,” said Mohammed Tahaineh, General Manager of Projects at Damac.
The UAE developer has so far awarded contracts for Damac Lagoons totaling almost AED 7 billion, of which more than AED 1 billion is earmarked for infrastructure and more than AED 5.6 billion for the building of community villas.
