Damac's Safa Two de Grisogono Tower on Track for Timely Completion in 2027
Leading luxury real estate developer Damac Properties has revealed that construction on its branded tower, Safa Two de Grisogono, in Dubai, which was created by famous Swiss jeweler de Grisogono, is proceeding as planned. The project is expected to be completed in 2027.
Damac disclosed a phase-by-phase schedule for the project’s construction, stating that substructure work was ongoing and that excavation and piling operations had already been finished.
‘Where Nature meets Luxury’ will be the foundation of Safa Two, which will build on the success of Safa One de Grisogono and include a lot of green features in both public areas and living units, it said.
According to a senior official, the combined 80+story twin-tower will feature exquisite designs by de Grisogono’s signature styles, with an underlying scarlet theme throughout the property.
“From the beginning, staying true to the promise we make our customers has been paramount. Key to that promise is meticulously following our projected construction timeline for Safa Two, while ensuring we use the best practices across processes, techniques, and materials alike,” remarked Mohammed Tahaineh, the General Manager of Projects at Damac.
Safa Two’s amenities will include a unique “Fog Forest” at the top of the tower with a man-made fog and lush surroundings surrounded by laser icon displays, as well as F&B outlets and a magnificent observation deck with panoramic views of the Dubai skyline, according to Tahaineh.
“In addition, there will be an artificial beach pool on the podium level surrounded by palm trees set in a tropical ambiance, and a public elevated ‘glass pool’,” he added.
