Dubai: Arada Collaborates with Marriott to Introduce Branded Residences
W Residences at Dubai Harbour, a three-tower luxury seafront development with an exceptional array of amenities in the center of one of the city’s most sought-after and popular districts, was unveiled by Sharjah developer Arada in partnership with Marriott International.
The project, which is scheduled for completion in 2027 and has a LEED Silver-certified design, consists of more than 400 branded apartments within the AED5 billion ($1.36 billion) complex, giving owners the opportunity to live a happy, active, and fulfilling life.
Arada claims that the 40-story complex’s design was influenced by its surroundings and reflects the distinctive seafront and urban landscape by connecting the promenade, harbor, and sky. The complex’s three towers appear to blend at the intersection of the sky and the water thanks to striking diagonal lines.
According to the statement, buyers can select from one-bedroom apartments to opulent five-bedroom homes, including rooftop penthouses with pools and unmatched views.
The Residences also offer a variety of duplex apartments with three or four bedrooms, which are situated in the middle of each tower and provide an outstanding quality of life.
Every residence at W Residences at Dubai Harbour has floor-to-ceiling windows, branded kitchens and sanitary ware, smart technology, elegant layouts, high-end finishes, and living spaces that maximize outside views.
Prince Khaled bin Alwaleed bin Talal, Vice Chairman of Arada, said: “W Residences at Dubai Harbour brings together the development and design expertise of Arada and the vibrant urban energy of the W Hotels brand by Marriott International, producing another new luxury destination for Dubai’s iconic skyline. We look forward to working closely with our partners to bring this exceptional new project to life.”
The podium that connects the three towers has an amazing array of amenities, including the 200-meter-long infinity pool in Dubai, which is situated on the landscaped podium level and provides a full view of the sea toward Ain Dubai.
A large fitness center, a yoga and pilates studio, a wellness spa, guest suites, co-working spaces, a kids club, a music recording studio, a sports simulator room, a games room, an in-house movie theater, a kids club, and a spacious residents lounge are among the other exclusive amenities, he said.
According to Arada’s statement, the complex’s publicly accessible amenities include several upscale dining establishments overlooking Dubai Harbour Marina, podium-level retail spaces, and a 43,000-square-foot Wellfit fitness center—the biggest gym in the area.
Under Onvia, Marriott’s owner recognition platform, owners will have access to a variety of services, as well as special advantages and collaborations, such as Marriott Bonvoy Elite Status, the company said.
