Dubai Developers Partner with DLD to Revolutionize Real Estate Transactions

In a significant move to streamline Dubai's real estate sector, seven leading developers, including Emaar, Damac, Sobha Realty, Binghatti Properties, Aldar Properties, Azizi Developments, and Danube, have signed agreements with Dubai Land Department (DLD). This partnership grants these developers full access to DLD’s advanced registration systems, allowing them to manage and audit real estate transactions efficiently.

The initiative is designed to enhance service quality, cut down transaction times from days to mere minutes, and foster stronger collaboration between the public and private sectors. Majid Al Marri, CEO of the Real Estate Registration Sector at DLD, highlighted that the agreement will boost market confidence, protect investor rights, and promote transparent governance standards.

By enabling developers to handle real estate registrations directly, the partnership is expected to accelerate economic growth, attract more investment, and meet the growing demand in Dubai's property market. DLD will maintain oversight and control to ensure the sector's sustainability and future-readiness, further strengthening its role in Dubai’s economy.
