Dubai Realty Transaction Exceeds $707 million in values on Monday.
In Dubai, the real estate market witnessed a flurry of activity on Monday, with the Dubai Land Department (DLD) revealing some impressive statistics. A total of 567 sales transactions, amounting to a substantial AED 1.88 billion, were reported. Additionally, there were 155 mortgage deals, collectively valued at AED 688.9 million, and 17 gift transactions, totaling AED 44.05 million.
The bulk of these sales involved 456 villas and apartments, boasting a cumulative worth of AED 1.04 billion, illustrating a robust demand for residential properties. Simultaneously, 111 land plots were also part of these transactions, commanding a substantial value of AED 840.25 million, reflecting an enduring interest in land investments.
The mortgage sector was equally active, with 122 villas and apartments involved in transactions valued at AED 314.1 million, alongside 33 land plots, which contributed AED 374.8 million to the overall mortgage activity.
When you consider all these realty transactions together, they amounted to an impressive AED 2.6 billion in total, underscoring the dynamism and vitality of Dubai's real estate market.
