The launch event garnered significant broker interest, with nearly 1,200 brokers in attendance. A London Gate spokesperson noted that the market continues to thrive as demand outpaces supply.
The project is currently targeting end-users, with prices starting at Dh1,000 per square foot and trending towards Dh1,250 per square foot. The Maya V Tower's superstructure is nearly 50 percent complete and is scheduled for delivery next year, ahead of many other projects.
