Experience Luxury: LEOS Unveils New Residential Community in Dubai
Award-winning British real estate developer LEOS Developments has unveiled Kensington Gardens, a ground-breaking residential community in Dubai that offers residents contemporary luxury living with a fusion of British craftsmanship and innovative design.
High-end townhouses with three to five bedrooms and spacious villas with six to seven bedrooms are available in the main development. All of the villas have hydroponic vertical gardens, smart home systems, and energy-saving features like LED lighting and solar water heating.
Every element of the project is designed to improve the quality of life, drawing inspiration from the classic beauty of crystal, according to a statement released by LEOS Developments.
By fusing elegant open-plan designs with a dash of boutique charm, the community is intended to create a calm and peaceful atmosphere that inspires residents to embrace a higher standard of living.
The villas at Kensington Gardens, which have private elevators and pools, are a veritable haven for families looking for comfort and luxury in the center of Dubai’s flourishing green oasis, according to LEOS.
A number of ecologically friendly features are also included in the project, such as green roofs, rainwater harvesting systems, and an insulated building envelope for increased energy efficiency. According to the statement, residents will also benefit from a 10-year waterproofing warranty and EV charging stations.
Crystal interior elements, a hydroponic vertical garden, smart home systems, energy-efficient LED lighting, and a private elevator (exclusive to villas) are some of its salient features.
The premium development is expected to be finished in Q4 2027, according to LEOS.
According to the developer, Kensington Gardens incorporates state-of-the-art technologies, eco-friendly elements, and opulent amenities with an emphasis on innovation.
In honor of the launch, LEOS is providing its potential purchasers with a flexible payment schedule that includes 60% of the total cost due during construction and the remaining 40% at completion, the company said.
