L&T to Supply MEP Isolators for Azizi Projects in the UAE

Leading private developer in the United Arab Emirates, Azizi Developments, has announced a collaboration with global corporation Larsen & Toubro to supply premium MEP isolators for a range of projects in Dubai.
The projects include Azizi Venice, Riviera, Azizi Vista, Azizi Central, Azizi Grand, and Creek Views III; they are located in Dubai South, MBR City, Dubai Studio City, Al Furjan, Dubai Sports City, and Dubai Healthcare City.

Azizi Venice, with 36,000 apartments
Over 36,000 residential units spread across over 100 apartment buildings and over 109 opulent mansions will make up Azizi Venice. As the master developer, Azizi Developments is in charge of building all of the infrastructure, including the roads and buildings.
Azizi Venice is known for its vast lagoon of crystal-blue water with several beaches that encircle all of the condos, villas, and mansions in addition to its ample recreational, shopping, and business space. Beach-like beaches, an 8-kilometer cycling and jogging track, yoga and sports facilities, and a promenade with an extensive selection of artisan eateries and boutiques will all surround the turquoise, desalinated, and filtered waters.
Additionally, the community will be enhanced by dense, lush, and exquisitely maintained landscaping all around.
Azizi Opera
Azizi Opera is a planned major attraction within Azizi Venice. Azizi Opera, which is situated in the center of the boulevard and was constructed to the highest, most modern standards in terms of architecture and design, is going to grow into one of Dubai’s most renowned locations for social and cultural events.
The opulent pedestrian-friendly boulevard at the center of Azizi Venice is covered with glass in the summer and left open in the winter to provide a climate-controlled area with year-round activity and visitors. Azizi Boulevard will be a new and distinctive point of interest on Dubai’s map of noteworthy sights. It will be lined with three-story buildings that are expected to house the best designers and brands in the world, nightlife and entertainment options, as well as restaurants that represent a vast number of countries from across the world.
More than 30,000 people are expected to visit Azizi Venice every day, making it a popular tourist destination and upscale neighborhood hangout. The lavish community will have two five-star hotels run by Azizi at the entrances, in addition to one boutique hotel situated on an island in the center of the lagoon. To provide easy access to Azizi Boulevard and Azizi Opera for the tens of thousands of visitors each day, a large number of underground parking spaces will be built.
Riviera
The award-winning portfolio of Azizi Developments includes Riviera. With about 16,000 apartments spread across 75 mid- and high-rise buildings, it is a chic waterfront lifestyle destination.
Riviera is a new, iconic location that is both residential and commercial, with lots of retail space.
