New 222-Unit Residential Development Launches at POB1 in Dubai Silicon Oasis
With a $56 million investment, POB1 Properties, a recently formed real estate development division of Saif Al Ghurair Real Estate Group (SAGRE), has unveiled its first project, Serenova, a community-driven residential development being built in Dubai Silicon Oasis.
According to a statement from the developer, Serenova, which is scheduled for completion in Q2 2027, will offer flexible living spaces that combine modern comfort with peaceful living on a spacious 7,850 sqm plot. This will satisfy the changing needs and preferences of families and young professionals.
It will have 222 apartments, including premium two-bedroom apartments, unique four-bedroom penthouses, and roomy studios, one-, two-, and three-bedroom units.
According to the developer, its architectural design places a high value on open areas, unobstructed panoramic views of the Dubai skyline, and innovative layouts that balance comfort and privacy.
According to the company’s top official, the new project demonstrates POB1 Properties’ dedication to meeting the rising demand for urban convenience in Dubai’s major growth hubs while fostering sustainability and long-term value in real estate investment.
“P.O.B1 Properties represents a new strategic direction for the SAGRE Group, focusing on growth and innovation in Dubai’s fast-changing real estate landscape in line with the Dubai 2040 Urban Master Plan,” remarked Ghaith A. Shocair, the Chief Executive Officer of SAGRE and POB1 Properties.

With Serenova, we will showcase this fresh approach and our commitment to deliver destinations which appeal to evolving customers within Dubai’s new neighbourhoods,” he stated.
He claims that every apartment will have a large terrace or private balcony with unobstructed views of Dubai’s breathtaking skyline, providing ample outdoor living areas for gatherings with loved ones.
“A range of premium amenities will elevate everyday living, including a landscaped courtyard with spacious outdoor gardens, two family and children’s pools, a rooftop skyline pool for adults, sunset terraces, a wellness court, and a rooftop gym and fitness centre. Engel & Völkers was chosen as the sole brokerage firm for the Serenova project by P.O.B1 Properties.
