ONE Development Launches $544 Million AI-Integrated Project at City of Arabia

In Dubai’s City of Arabia, ONE Development, a domestic boutique developer with offices and showrooms in Abu Dhabi and Dubai, has announced the opening of Laguna Residence, its flagship project, which is valued at AED2 billion ($544 million).

The largest lagoon is situated on a podium between two recognizable high-rise towers at Laguna Residence, which is expected to be the first fully AI-integrated residential development in the area. The house provides a private haven with unhindered views of the skyline of Dubai.

According to ONE Development, the unique community offers a variety of unit options with flexible payment plans to prospective investors, including studios, three-bedroom apartments, duplexes, and sky-homes.

It was formally introduced at a grand event at the Coca-Cola Arena that drew an amazing cast of celebrities, including Bollywood star Kareena Kapoor, Egyptian actor Amir Karara, and international music sensation Amr Diab. Egyptian star Sherif Mounir and international presenter Raya Abi-rached hosted the event.

Later, the guests were treated to an amazing unveiling of Laguna Residence’s distinctive features, which reflected ONE Development’s goal of raising the standard for the real estate sector.
