Real estate transactions in Dubai totaled more than $762.3 million.
On Monday, Dubai's dynamic real estate market demonstrated robust activity as it logged a substantial number of transactions. According to data released by Dubai's Land Department (DLD), the day witnessed a notable total of 670 sales transactions, collectively valued at AED 2.03 billion. Alongside these sales, there were 112 mortgage deals executed, amounting to a sum of AED 724.49 million, as well as 13 gift deals with a cumulative worth of AED 94.95 million.
Within this comprehensive picture, the heart of the transactions consisted of 599 villas and apartments, contributing significantly to the economic landscape with a combined value of AED 1.7 billion. Additionally, the market saw activity in the form of 71 land plots changing hands, accumulating a value of AED 328.06 million.
The mortgage transactions, on the other hand, exhibited a distinct pattern. They encompassed 94 villas and apartments, accounting for AED 702.13 million, and 18 land plots valued at AED 22.36 million. As a result of these diverse real estate dealings, the cumulative transactions for the day surged past AED 2.8 billion, underscoring the vibrant nature of Dubai's realty sector.
