Samana Developers introduces an $82 million residential undertaking in Dubai Sports City.

Dubai-headquartered Samana Developers unveiled a residential project named 'Samana Golf Views' in Dubai Sports City, valued at 300 million UAE dirhams ($81.68 million). The 14-story development, spanning an area of 298,936 square feet, marks the eighth release out of the planned twelve for this year, as stated by the developer.

The structure is set to house 243 apartments, offering both fully furnished and unfurnished options. Imran Farooq, CEO of Samana Developers, stated, "Our expanding portfolio's latest addition embodies the principles of health-conscious, sustainable, and forward-looking living."

The projected completion date for Samana Golf Views is the second quarter of 2026, according to the provided information. The prior seven launches in the initial half of 2023 encompass:

• Samana Santorini, valued at AED 150 million, comprising 157 residential units, launched in February 2023.
• Samana Mykonos, priced at AED 170 million, with 198 units, unveiled in February 2023.
• Samana Waves II, an AED 200 million project with 173 units (170 residential + 3 retail), launched in March 2023.
• Samana Mykonos Signature, costing AED 300 million, featuring 300 units (276 residential + 24 retail), released in April 2023.
• Samana Ivy Gardens, valued at AED 350 million, including 353 units (348 residential + 4 retail), introduced in May 2023.
• Samana Skyros, priced at AED 510 million, offering 441 units, launched in June 2023.
• California, worth AED 215 million, unveiling in July 2023 with 178 units.
