Trojan GC Lands $159.12M Deal for Reem Hills Phase 1 Twin Villas

Q Properties, a prominent real estate developer in the UAE and a subsidiary of Q Holding, has awarded Trojan General Contracting a construction contract valued at AED 584 million. The contract encompasses the construction of 302 townhouses and 110 twin villas, all of which have been completely sold out.

These elegantly furnished homes, catering to families, boast ample outdoor space, contemporary features, and spacious interiors. The twin villas, featuring four bedrooms, and townhouses, with three bedrooms, both offer a mixed built-up area (BUA) of 118,000 square meters.

Situated on Abu Dhabi’s prestigious Al Reem Island, Reem Hills stands out as the city's sole gated community, emphasizing well-being and exclusivity in its central location.
